I provide individual mental skills training sessions for athletes, professionals, and individuals who are seeking to perform at their best and achieve their personal and professional goals. Finding "the zone" is a complex process and is different for every athlete and professional I work with. I take an integrated approach to helping you build the mental skills to find your zone and achieve your goals.
Coaching and counseling can be beneficial to anyone looking to strengthen their motivation, resilience, emotional awareness, and focus. Online sessions are held from the convience and comfort of your own home.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone, but video is preferable. Sessions are usually 50 minutes and are billed to you after each meeting.
Coaching sessions are self-pay and not reimbursable by insurance. Invoices are sent after each session. Forms of payment accepted include check and credit card.
